Reservation and Cancellation Policies
If you make a reservation at Casa el Pui, we will ask you to pay 35% of the price in advance as a deposit. Once we receive your reservation and deposit, we will send you a document with more detailed information about access and the rules for using the facilities a few weeks before your visit.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows:
– If you cancel 15 days before the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
– If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before your arrival, you will lose 50% of your deposit.
– Si cancelas con 7 días de antelación, perderás tu depósito completo.
Payment
The accommodation fee must be paid by bank transfer 2 days before arrival.
Liability Insurance
Casa el Pui has liability insurance for the guests. The guides conducting our activities also have liability and accident insurance. If you are coming from abroad, it is recommended to bring a European Health Insurance Card (if you are coming from Europe) and/or travel insurance.
